The house has 3 stories, two bedrooms (two double rooms), three bathrooms (two ensuite with the bedrooms, one for guests on the ground floor), a large room for cooking, dining and sitting room.
With a total of 100sqm on the 3 floors, the house is generous with space.

It has a large private park and private access to the river.

A digital TV (includes national channels and BBC) and internet connection are also provided.

The house has an indipendent heating system for the cold season. Payment for the heating will be paid separately, based on the gas used.
Linen and blankets are provided.

Overall Property Description:
The Villa is composed of 3 houses attached to each other, and facing a large garden bordering the river Lima. You will have access to the common garden and the river.

Just next door are the Mirafiume Tennis courts. The municipal swimming pool is within walking distance. A good supermarket can be reached in two minutes walking. The village of 'La Villa' has several good restaurants and stores.


Riverside villa is located just 200 m from Bagni di Lucca.

The nearest train station is the one of Fornoli, about 5 km from the villa.

Compulsory Final Cleaning Charge: € 60 (to be added to the rental prices above)


Refundable security deposit: € 200 per unit (it will be totally returned, if no damages or losses occurred)

Included in the rental price:
Linen: bed sheets, towels, kitchen linen (weekly changed)
Baby-cots: available on request

NOT included in the rental price:
Heating: according to consumption indicated on the meter of the gas provider(€ 1 per m³ )

Check-out: within 10.00 am
Exceptions will be allowed only if no guests are arriving or leaving on that same day.
