We specifically chose this property for the WiFi connection and we did not have it for over 1/2 of our stay. Once the connection was up, it was spotty at best. While our visit was great and I wouldn't complain about anything else - this did actually put a significant damper on our visit since the rest of our family was in CA and we wanted to share Christmas with them as well.I would stay here again if that could be fixed. Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Hi Dancia, there was a major service outage in the area effecting both our property and some of the other buildings. It finally did get resolved by it too a few days. We're sorry for the service interruption. |
