Relax with a cool drink on the lanai, plan dinner at an island restaurant, take a beach walk and do some shelling, or just gaze at the fabulous blue water of the Gulf. Beds are Q, Q Sleeper sofa, 2 full beds. Amenities include TV, DVD, High Speed Wireless Access, heated pool by condo, laundry facilities on-site, BBQs, elevators. Maximum Occupancy 4, Non-Smoking.

G401 A guest from Bethlehem, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2013 The unit G401 was very clean and nicely furnished. It could use some "real" wine glasses though. Although the location was close to the beach, it was a long walk up the steps to get to G401. The elevator was located actually in the building adjacent, and was joined to our building with walkways,and it was actually longer to walk to the elevator than to walk up the stairway. |

The signal strength was not adequate to work from anywhere in the unit. Property Manager Response: Response from Sanibel Captiva Realty Group LLC Sundial is currently upgrading thier WIFI network and adding new signal boosters around the complex. We expect this issue to be solved no later then 3/1/13. We are sorry of the difficulty this caused some of our guests connecting to the network. |

Unit 401-G sundial resort Charles l. from Cordova, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 The kitchen was only marginally equipped utensil wise. The elevator was a long walk, although 4 flight of stairs were very close. The walkway area, especially the parking area was very dark at night. Fairly close to the pool, a bit longer to the beach. The unit was very clean and adequately furnished with a comfortable bed in the master. We did not use the other bedroom. The bathroom were typically small, the reason we rent 2 bathroom units. I feel the size was overrated, more like sq. ft as opposed to 1200 sq. ft. We have rented larger units in this complex and enjoyed them slightly more, but we were late to select a unit and the price was of this unit was vey competitive. |

Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 Although the property was very nice and the staff professional, we were disappointed that there were few amenities, i.e. fresh towels, maid service, soaps, fresh coffee packets everyday, t.p. replacements, etc. We also didn't like the check-in process. Went to Sundial first as we didn't understand the situation. The lock was tricky. Property Manager Response: Response from JR Realty Group Inc As a vacation rental company we do not provide daily maid service. You can call us and we can reccommend a cleaning company if you would like to arrange your own. I am sorry this information was not communicated to you clearly. You can find a lot of information including cleaning services and check-in information on our new web app! It is also available to download in a PDF form. |

Annual family vacation A guest from Havertown, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 This unit G401 is nicly located, 2 minute walk to the pool and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The view from the master bedroom gives you a glimpse of the gulf even though its 2 buildings off the beach. Renting bikes to see the island is highly recommeded. Renting beach chairs is recommended due to the fact that if you elect to buy the amenity thr walk to the area where the beach chairs are is down the beach away from this unit, plus it's more affordable to rent beach chairs. Use Billy's rentals, they deliver and pick-up for a minimal fee. We would go back. |
