Casa da Levada is a fusion between traditional Portuguese style and the Modern XXI Century.
It is a beautiful, comfortable, luxury residence surrounded by a large garden with panoramic views. Located in a secondary road in a privileged area without traffic, close to public transport, tennis, restaurants, shopping and easy access to the sea.
The house offers complete privacy, spacious living areas, three excellent suites and a small single room, all with en-suite bathrooms.
A well lighted and equipped kitchen, separate laundry, storage and wine lodge.

These are special introductory prices and are based on 4 people occupying the house. For 5 - 7 people there is a supplement of €150, with the exception of Christmas & New Year where the price is for up to 7 people.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
You will be asked for a €300 security deposit on arrival.

Check in and check out times are flexible depending on the occupancy of the house.
