Great Location but apartment needs update Petra D. from Frankfurt, Hessen does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in November, 2012 The view from the balcony is great, you can see dolphins every day and from the master bedroom you see the sunrise. The two bathrooms and the kitchen are old and you can see it. Especially the kitchen appliances are very old and look dirty. While there were a few minor annoyances, the unit was clean, convenient and more than adequate. We have used Waterfront Vacations on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. They are very professional and manage a wide selection of units in our desired location. |

Stayed for 83 days in December, 2011 The unit, view, location and very nice building facilities all contributed to a very pleasant stay. Our only real complaint was an unfortunate smell from the lake on the property that lasted for about 3 weeks and prevented us from using the balcony or outdoor amenities. The smell was coming from the lake, the work on the lake will be happening in the summer, for now, it has been masked The problem has been completely remedied, completed in the summer of 2012. |
