Beautiful European style apartment in the BEST neighborhood of Montreal (Outremont-Mile End) 2 corners from the Subway station (Outremont), 20 min walk to the famous Mount-Royal. There are all kinds of organics markets, cafes, vegetarian and vegan restaurants and gorgeous parks around the house. There is also a BiXi station around the corner (city rental bicycles)

The living space is really zen and well decorated. It is the perfect setting for yoga and meditation. There is no tv in the house but there is a Wi-Fi. There is also a laundry facility in the building (there are only 20 app).

The building is really well kept and clean and the neighbors are all very nice and quiet, therefore this is NOT a place for parties and loud music.

It is the perfect pied-à-terre if you are looking for a nice, peaceful and grounding space.

The apartment is available for monthly location only. From June 1 to July 31. The price is 1 500$ for the month. No smoking in allowed and no parties.
