please let owner know that when you turn the microwave on it makes a very loud noise like it is going to blow up any minute.also as the unit is near the stairwell and unit's only bedroom window, it is very noisey.

Overall, the property looks ok, but a bit outdated. The furniture looks old and not very clean. The internet is pretty slow. There's no air conditioning.On the other hand, view from lanai is great. When we stayed there, spinner dolphins played right in front of us in the morning for two days in a row.

Our condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable.Everything and more that we could use/need was there and available including beach towels, ice chest and a bogie board! The condo is an easy walk to town where we found the Farmer's Market for fresh produce.In all 4 couples stayed 9 days, each in our own condo, and had the vacation of a lifetime. Michelle Niccum, the concierge for Kona Coast, took very good care of us and Kona Coast Vacations staff are very professional and accomodating. A very good experience indeed!

We have to tell you that we are terribly disappointed in the facility at Sea Village.* Management Office never open and when called very unresponsive* Very spotty Internet when we were promised Internet in the condo* Condo needed to be updated and some basics (no salt)* Spa wasn't Hot* Hot water for one shower* Smokers chair outside 50 ft from our bedroom window

Great location to fulfill your bucket list, swimming with the dolphins, sampling your way through the Kona coffee belt, spotting sea turtles and just relaxing. Mt. Kilewa is a couple hours away and a definate must see!!!
