The ROBERT LOW house was built in 1867 and is listed in Historic Savannah Foundation. This house has recently been fully restored and remodeled. This property includes two private off-street parking spaces.
This three bedroom, three bath home can sleep a total of 9 guests with pull out sofa in the living room and daybed in the upstairs bedroom. The master bedroom has a large attached white marble bathroom with two person Jacuzzi, stand up shower and large stained glass window. Upstairs queen bedroom also has a trundle bed, desk and private bathroom with claw foot tub. Downstairs bedroom has dual twin beds which may be converted to a king size bed, attached bathroom and large flat screen TV. All beds are pillowtop or temperpedic foam.
There are a total of five TVs with DVD. Other amenities include two private off street parking spaces, WiFi access, large kitchen with hidden Subzero refrigerator and stainless appliances, seating for 8 in the dining area, washer/dryer and lots of closet space/armoires. Kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity needed for large family gatherings and holidays.
Enjoy the quiet, enclosed, private walled and iron-gated courtyard with patio seating for 8, beautiful garden with flagstone path, bench in front of the house with landscaped marble front walk and a beautiful, sunny stained glass sun porch with wrought iron glass table for breakfast. Gas grill is also provided.
Please note that a longer nightly minimum may be required during peak season dates, holidays or special events.
Cancellation notice required for this property is no later than 45 days prior to the check in date (60 days prior for rentals 30 days or longer).

RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.

Low Season: $306.80 ($295 with *Cash Discount) per night
High Season: $348.40 ($335 with *Cash Discount) per night
Holiday & Special Events: $390 ($375 with *Cash discount) per night
Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: $468 ($450 with *Cash Discount) per night
St Patrick’s Day Week: $650 ($625 with *Cash Discount) per night
Cleaning fee: $119.60 ($115 with *Cash Discount)
Available discounts (discounts cannot be combined):
10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights and is not available with online booking)
10% discount off of 6 night stays (not available with online booking)
15% discount off of 7 night stays
All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.
*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.
