Each condo in this three story recently renovated building features cozy comfort in each differently furnished unit, all within easy walking distance to historic Savannah's sights and points of interest including restaurants, boutiques, shops, art galleries, coffee shops and more on River Street just a few blocks north. Please note that this is a third floor unit.

Amenities include fully furnished condo with King Sized Pillow Top sleeper Bed, flat screen wall mounted TV, Broad Band Internet access, cozy kitchenette and washer/dryer access. There is an off-street parking area at the rear of the property which is first come first serve. Otherwise, there is a Parking Pass provided with the rental which allows for street parking without feeding parking meters.
