Renovated by a Tybee Island Developer, this townhome features a dining room, well equipped kitchen, great room with fireplace, hardwood floors and a half bath on the first level. Also on this floor is porch overlooking a courtyard. The second floor features a king suite with bath, laundry and a queen suite with bath. The third floor "sleeping loft" features two twins and a double bed.
This is the perfect getaway for the entire family or for that annual girlfriends getaway. With over half a dozen private homes all within one block of Crawford Square, this is a perfect location for family reunions and destinations for up to 40 guests.

A couple of rules to consider before renting this property:
Furniture is not to be moved. The chairs and barstools are easily moved but the sofa, dining table, beds and dressers are to remain in place.
There are many places downtown to party all night. This is NOT one of them. While we want you to enjoy your stay this is very much a residential and therefore, quiet neighborhood. So we ask that you please be considerate while enjoying yourself. People in the surrounding buildings and underneath are working folks and are not on vacation. If you are coming in late pm or early am, please use the back gate and stairs as the downstairs neighbor’s bedroom in directly under the front door/dining room.
Please note that a longer nightly minimum may be required during peak season dates, holidays or special events.
Cancellation notice required for this property is no later than 30 days prior to the check in date (60 days prior for rentals 30 days or longer).

RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.
High season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): March - June, September - October
Low season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): November - February, July – August
Low Season: $286 ($275 with *Cash Discount) per night
High Season: $312 ($300 with *Cash Discount) per night
Holiday & Special Events: $338 ($325 with *Cash discount) per night
Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: This property does not rent over the Rock & Roll Marathon weekend.
St Patrick’s Day Week: This property does not rent over St Patrick's Day week.
Cleaning fee: $98.80 ($95 with *Cash Discount)
Available discounts (discounts cannot be combined):
10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights and is not available with online booking)
10% discount off of 6 night stays (not available with online booking)
15% discount off of 7 night stays
All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.
*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.
