Originally built as a cotton broker's office in 1840 when Savannah was a bustling seaport, this exquisite residence has been recently renovated for nightly/weekly deluxe accommodations or private and intimate cocktail/dinner parties.

With over 1,300 sq. ft., this private loft is filled with antiques, has a double parlor with a gas fireplace, dining room, bedroom with a canopy queen-size bed, bathroom with separate vanity area, and a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen.

The riverfront balcony offers breathtaking vistas. Across the Savannah River are views of the Westin Hotel, the Maritime Trade Center, the Talmadge Memorial Bridge and water-taxis that traverse the river and dock below. Historic River Street with delightful restaurants, clubs and shops are conveniently two floors below.

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.
