Fireside sleeps 7 and is Pet Friendly! 2 Queens beds and 3 twins all linens and towels included and no extra fees. Cable TV, Wi-Fi. Shared firepit area for enough seating for everyone. The shaver lake town was bustling with many happy people getting ready for the Christmas season. We enjoyed Santa lighting the Christmas tree one night and had free hot chocolate and cookies and my Grandson sat on Santa's lap and they offered us a free picture! I was concerned with a comment posted on a review prior to me booking this cabin. The comment stated that the cabin smelled like cigarette smoke and that it had come from the cleaning lady. The smell was evident when we first arrived but we were able to deal with it for two days. On our last morning there, I witnessed the cleaning lady performing her job in another cabin with a cigarette in her hand at all times. She came in and out of the property with it and handled the towels the same. Besides the smoking cleaning lady, it was a great stay and the property management company was professional and very welcoming. I would return as long as the cigarette bandit is not cleaning the cabin I am staying in. |
