Villa Melodia is a bright and elegant three-story historical villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Melodia you will enjoy a view over Sorrento and of the sea at a distance. Villa Melodia is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, wide private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the EAV bus Sorrento Marina Piccola (porto) - Sorrento stazione - Sant'Agnello line at 20 meters (65 feet) and the closest beach at 100 meters (approximately 330 feet). You will reach Villa Melodia from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden. As some of the rooms overlook the swimming pool of a nearby hotel at times some noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Melodia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.80 meters (9.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Garden
The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees and pergolas and by a gazebo. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the vegetation.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with hand-made tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. They include three long sofas and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped, with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. There is a table to seat 14 guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the garden. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Half-bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the corridor going down 15 steps.

The furnishings of the first bedroom are romantic and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television.
