The Norberto Apartments are part of a farm which is located on the top of a hill, above the medieval village of San Polo Sabino. The region, which is known as Bassa Sabina, is famous for its wines, its hiking trails, its beautiful hills.

The farm is at 350 metres above the sea and occupies about 60.000 square metres of the hill's land, that are cultivated with olive trees.

The complex is made up of one farmhouse and 3 holiday apartments. The apartments, although being carefully maintained and provided with all modern conveniences, still keep the traditional features of the local architecture.

The owners, who manage the farm, will be pleased to help you organize tours and give you advice on the main tourist attractions of the area. Also, you will be able to purchase a very good olive oil which is locally produced.

In the farm, you will find a restaurant and riding stables. 

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5.3 meters (17.4 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by trees and by gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the Sabine hills and of the vegetation. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room has two windows.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the along a stairway. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), as well as two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The ceiling is sloping, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 1.90 meters (6.2 feet) at its highest point and of 1.25 meters (4.1 feet) at its lowest point. The mezzanine has a small window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two small windows.
Bathroom
The bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
