Casa Osvalda is a bright and cheerful independent house. It sleeps two people. From Casa Osvalda you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Osvalda is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the SITA bus stop, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet) and the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet). You will reach Casa Osvalda from the parking area along a public walkway that includes approximately 110 stairway steps.
For a succesful stay at Casa Osvalda we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Terrace
The terrace is 9 square meters (97 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the coastline.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. They include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
The ceiling of the bedroom is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has an arched window with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the corridor.
Half-bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
