Villa Clessia is a characteristic two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Clessia you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Clessia is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms it is available).
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villa Clessia from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Clessia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. They include sofas and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three French doors. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
The ceiling of the dining room is high and vaulted. The dining table can accommodate eight guests.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an age-old fireplace. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from a terrace. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
The fourth bedroom is located on the roof level. You will be able to enter it from the corridor going up a spiral staircase. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Half-bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine.
