Villa Serenatella B is a bright apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Serenatella B you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Serenatella B is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the bus stop.
Villa Serenatella B is located on the bottom floor. You will reach it from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.
To stay at Villa Serenatella B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Villa Serenatella is a lovely modern villa, designed to be a holiday house, wonderfully located at the top of the seashore, just southwards. Enjoying the white terraces you'll see in front of you the blue sea and the bright green of the typical Mediterranean maquis and olive groves. The villa is located onto the high rocky shore surrounding the small, enchanting, crescent-shaped bay of Marina del Cantone. 

The villa is composed by two floors laying onto the sloping ground, each one with its own terraces and a small terraced garden, to let you admire the stunning sun and sea as long as you can. There is an apartment on each floor.
The Reserved Beach

As special guests of Villa Serenatella you'll have access to the rocky reserved beach. The beach is at 1 km from the villa (approximately 0.6 miles), located into a picturesque, secluded spot of the bay. There you will find beach umbrellas and sun loungers set onto a wooden platform, from which you'll access the limpid sea below.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
 Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
