Villa Bartolo B is an elegant and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Bartolo B you will enjoy a fascinating view of the tourist port, of the beach and of the coast and of the vegetation. Villa Bartolo B is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms it is available) and winter heating.
You will be in the center of Rosignano Solvay, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, the shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.
Villa Bartolo B is located on the top floor of the building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 20 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Bartolo B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

Villa Bartolo is an ancient two-story building right next to the little and quiet harbour of Rosignano Solvay. You will be only 50 meters (about 164 feet) away from the beach.

Rosignano Solvay attract many turists for the well known "white beaches". Very characteristic is also the walking path that from Caletta di Castiglioncello takes you to Punta Righini: it's approximately 3 km (about 1.9 miles) of winding route along the coast with great views.

The two spacius apartaments in which Villa Bartolo is divided have been completely refurnished in 2008, and are equipped with air-conditioning. Supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance.

You won’t need a car during your stay at Villa Bartolo since there is a bus stop a few steps away and a local train station is only about 200 meters (220 yards) away.Garden
The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a swing. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Terrace
The terrace is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. They include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
The furnishings of the first bedroom are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
The furnishings of the second bedroom are elegant and bright. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
The furnishings of the third bedroom are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer.
