Villa Sebastiana A is a 50-square-meter (about 538 square feet) studio
apartment which sleeps four people. It features a balcony with an enthralling
view of Positano and the sea. It is equipped with air-conditioning.
There is a double bed on a mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, a living-room with
a divan bed and a kitchenette, and a separate toilet. All the rooms overlook
Positano and the sea.
Villa Sebastiana is a house which is part of the an age-old area of Positano,
and it is located on a prominent and panoramic place. The entrance is a few feet
away from the state road, and you can conveniently reach it on foot with no need
to climb any steps. The house dates back to the Eighteenth-century. It consisted
originally of two rooms one above the other with very high vaulted ceilings. Now
the house has been restored so as to embrace two gracious mini vacation
apartments: Villa Sebastiana A and Villa Sebastiana B.
You will find the location of Villa Sebastiana very convenient. Right next to
the door there is a food shop, and just a few steps away there are other shops
and restaurants. You will be 30 meters (about 98 feet) away from the bus stop of
the local shuttle which connects the center of Positano and the beach; a bus
stop you can reach without having to climb any steps of stairways.

You can easily reach on foot even the elegant shopping streets and the beach.
All you will have to do is descend along an old footpath which unravels past the

Villa Sebastiana A has gracious interiors. It consists of a single room divided
in two floors communicating through an indoor staircase. You will enter the
living-room, which has a balcony with a fascinating view of Positano and the sea.
The balcony is big enough to place two chairs.
In the living-room you will find a table with chairs, a television, a double
divan bed, and a lovely masonry kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a
four-burner stove, a fridge, an oven, and a dishwasher. Next to the living-room
there is a small bathroom with a toilet seat and a sink only.
A masonry staircase leads you from the living-room to the sleeping area, where
you will find the double bed and the bathroom with shower. The room has a
vaulted ceiling and a window which beautifully frames the view of Positano and

From Villa Sebastiana A, you will be able to reach the shopping streets of
Positano and the famous ‘Spiaggia Grande’ (Great Beach) by taking the local
shuttle or on foot. During spring/summer, if you want, you can rent umbrellas
and deck chairs at the beach.

During your stay at Villa Sebastiana A, you will be about 30 meters away (about
100 feet) from the bus stop of the local mini-shuttle which stops at the center
of Positano and of the SITA bus, which has the Sorrento–Positano-Amalfi line.
While staying at Villa Sebastiana A you will be in a central position from which
to visit Sorrento and its coast as well as the Amalfi Coast.
You can participate in the intense tourist life of Positano, with its meeting
places, shopping streets and restaurants.
From the quay of Positano you will be able to board ferries and mini-cruises by
day and night to visit the coast, the islands of Capri and Ischia, Amalfi,
Sorrento, Naples, Paestum, and the coast of the National Park of Cilento.
In Positano, you can practice water and underwater sports.
The SITA buses link together the villages along the coast, and it is easy to
reach Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum and the Royal Palace of Caserta.
From Villa Sebastiana A, those who like hiking and climbing will be able to
easily reach the famous trail along the ridge of the mountains that overlook the
Amalfi Coast. For its extraordinary beauty, made of precipices and breathtaking
