Minori 1 br Vacation Rental Home

Casa Elia is a gracious 35-square-meter (about 377 square feet) studio
apartment which sleeps two people. It has a terrace overlooking the seascape.
The studio is located in the center of Minori, 30 meters (about 98 feet) from
the beach and the sea. It is only 4 km (about 2.5 miles) away from Amalfi.

There is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living-room with a
kitchenette. It is equipped with air-conditioning and winter heating.

The place

Casa Elia is on the first floor of a beautiful age-old house typical of the
Amalfi Coast. It is located in Minori in a central area. In fact, it faces the
main road of the place. From its terrace you have a great view of the esplanade
of Minori and the sea.

Minori is an enthralling small town close to Amalfi. It is nestled on a narrow
valley which stretches up to the sea, where it becomes a bay in a crescent-moon
shape.

The town of Minori is enclosed by the sea and rocky walls green in cultivations
of lemon trees. The prevailing colors of such splendid panorama are the bright
green of lemon orchards and the blue of the sky and the sea.

The sea and the large sandy beach of Minori are about 30 meters (approximately
98 feet) from the house. You can reach them on foot after going for a pleasant
walk. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, and in case you want
umbrellas and deck chairs, they are available for rental as well. The beach is
framed by a long public garden (so-called Lungomare) which is a place where you
can go for a stroll, sit at the tables of outdoor cafes, or even go shopping.

Minori is famous for its sweet specialties, and you have to try the candies and
desserts of its pasticcerias (bakeries)!

You don’t need a car during your stay, but if you have one, you can book a pay
parking space.

Shops, bars, restaurants, parking lots, and the port of Minori are just few feet
away from the house. Staying at Casa Elia is ideal for those who wish to be
right in the heart of all the tourist activities, close to the beach, public
transportation, and shopping places. And last but not least, Casa Elia is
perfect for those who don't mind staying in an area where there's traffic of
cars and people!

The house

You will reach Casa Elia after climbing eight steps of an outdoor staircase
which leads to the small terrace right in front of the house. You will enter a
living-room illuminated by two high windows. In the living-room you will find a
table, chairs, a couch, a satellite-dish TV, and a kitchenette. A sliding door
divides the living-room from the bedroom, where there is a double bed. The
kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove, a fridge, and a small oven.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The house is completely furnished and pleasantly decorated.

Nearby tourist attractions

Amalfi is about 5 km (about 3 miles) away, and Positano is 15 km (about 9.3
miles) away.

Minori is connected to other towns of the coast through buses of the company
SITA. From the harbor of Minori, ferries leave to Salerno, Amalfi, Positano,
Capri, Sorrento, and Naples.

Staying at Casa Rosalia is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a beautiful and
large beach close to places of the area of great tourist interest as Amalfi,
Ravello, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum, the Reggia (Royal Palace)
