Villa Margherita is a bright and sunny independent house situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps five people. From Villa Margherita you will enjoy a broad view of Minori and of the sea at a distance. Villa Margherita is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features two wide private terraces, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be at a short distance from the center of Minori, where you will find restaurants, the shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the local bus interno Minori line a few meters (feet) away and the beach at roughly 800 meters (half a mile). You will reach Villa Margherita from the street level going up approximately eight stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Margherita. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).


Villa Margherita is the lower floor of a beautiful, old building surrounded by greenery with the exterior painted in pink and white, in keeping with local custom.

It is situated in a scenic residential area of Minori. From the house your eyes can sweep over inhabited Minori, the rocky coast that towers above and is tiered and verdant due to the cultivated lemon groves, right to the sea. The main colours of this splendid panorama are the bright green of the lemon groves and the blue of the sky and sea.

The house is lovely, airy and luminous and there are charming outdoor areas that allow you to enjoy relaxing times in the open air.

The entrance to the house is through a wrought-iron gate bedecked by climbing plants. After walking over a tiled garden, beneath a pergola made of several lemon trees and flourishing flowerbeds, you will arrive at a terrace tiled in terracotta. It will be a pleasure to relax out there and have breakfast under the lemon pergola in the fresh morning air or to have dine “al fresco” during the mild sunset hours. The terrace allows you direct access to the dining room and the kitchen. 

The pleasurable surprises of this house are not yet finished: from the living room you can reach another garden tiled in terracotta, where sun-beds are waiting for you. Also this garden is partially shaded by a lemon pergola, and has a wide panorama of Minori and the sea.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola and by an elegant gazebo. The terrace is equipped with wrought-iron benches, as well as with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of Minori and of the sea at a distance.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of Minori and of the sea at a distance.
Garden
The garden is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. You will be able to reach it from the second terrace climbing six steps. The garden is equipped with a wickerwork sofa, as well as with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. In this room you will find a flat-screen television and a laptop computer. From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the first terrace. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate five guests.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the dining room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony overlooking the street below through a French door. The room has a window overlooking the second terrace. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen television. The room has a window overlooking the second terrace. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
