Residence Stefania is a charming ancient building, renovated in 2002, which overlooks Positano, and has a wonderful view of the sea and of the village. It is equipped with air conditioning. You will be able to comfortably reach the apartments using an elevator (or along a stairway of 80 steps).

Residence Stefania is built on several levels. The levels follow the profile of the cliff, to which the building clings, in the characteristic local style. On the highest levels, on the fourth and fifth stories, you will find three apartments.

You will be able to reach the entrance doors of these independent apartments through an elevator or an external stairway. The apartments are finely furnished in a classic style. They have been decorated with the splendid majolica tiles, characteristic of the Amalfi area.

Each apartment has its own large terrace, with a view on the spellbinding contour of the bay of Positano. Each terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs, shaded with a pergola and cheered up by a profusion of flowers.

From this private terraces, in front of a breathtaking seascape, you will be able to enjoy the sun, the light, the perfumes and the air of Positano. In the evening, you will have the chance to be swallowed up by the sunset, and to seize the moment when a golden light gives life to the colors of the extraordinary view, which then slowly fade into the cobalt blue of the sea and of the sky, only seconds before the pale light of the moon, reflected by the sea, makes the nights so romantic. You will keep so much beauty in your heart forever, always dreaming of the day you will return.

Positano is one of the most famous tourist spots in the world for more than a reason, and staying at Residence Stefania you will discover all of them.

The charm of the place is certainly the first one, and the outdoor and indoor spaces at Residence Stefania are as charming as they could be. Another reason is the welcoming spirit of the owners, who you will
find always ready to help, and at the same very considerate. Yet another is the lively life of the village, with its famous beach, elegant shops and night clubs and restaurants. At Residence Stefania is just a short walk away from all of that, yet in a location that will guarantee quiet and silence.

From Residence Stefania you will be able easily reach the harbor of Positano, where you can board the ferries and the hydrofoils that go to Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi and Naples. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurant and the bus stop are only 20 meters (20 yards) from the residence. If you will be driving a car, you will be able to park for a fee.

If you enjoy hiking, from Residence Stefania you will be also easily able to reach the famous path that stretches at the top of the mounts of the coast of Amalfi, among precipices and breathtaking views. For its extraordinary beauty, the path is called "il sentiero degli dei": the path of gods.

Apartment A

Apartment A is approximately 90 square meters (970 square feet) large, sleeps four, and has a terrace of 18 square meters (195 square feet). It is airy and sunny, with a view of the sea and of Positano. It is equipped with air conditioning. You will be able to comfortably reach the apartment using an elevator (or along a stairway of 80 steps). You will enter in a large living room, which has a wide glass door that opens on the terrace. The terrace is elegantly furnished with garden furniture made of
wrought iron and majolica. It is a magnificent observation point to enjoy a view that goes from the hill of Montepertuso to the sea. It is partly shaded by a pergola. You will be able to enjoy the sun, as well as to relax in the shade, maybe to enjoy your meals outdoor.

The living room has a welcoming sitting area, placed in front of the glass door. Another area of the living room is equipped with a dining table, chairs, and a cooking zone. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer.

A short corridor will take you to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. Both the bedrooms open on the terrace. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed. The other has two single beds. They are pleasantly furnished in white and blue. The furnishing is elegant and welcoming, just like in the other rooms of the house. The glass doors have wood shutters.

Paid parking is available near the property.
