Villa Franca is a luminous and airy villa, of approximately 100 square meters (1075 square feet), located on the hills of Massa Lubrense. It stands in a panoramic position with a view of the valley and of the sea. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room, a paved garden and a terrace. It is surrounded by its own olive grove.

Villa Franca has been built with vacation in mind, and, in the style of the ancient houses of this area, its walls are made of a volcanic stone called tuff, and it has large round arches on the front. The villa overlooks the green olive grove, and from its terraces you will be able to enjoy the view of the wide valley, down to the sea.

You will enter the ground floor of Villa Franca going through a garden paved with stones. Here, in the shade of the olive trees, you will find tables, chairs and deck chairs to relax outdoor.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room, pleasantly furnished with sofas, armchairs and with a fireplace. The dining area is placed on one side of the living room, a few steps above the sitting area, and it is equipped with table, chairs and a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a washing machine.

On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom.
The living room has two larger arched windows, which open on the green of the olive tress and on the blue of the sky and of the sea.
The bedrooms are on the first floor. You will reach them climbing an external stair, just like in the ancient houses of this area. The beautiful stair, made in tuff, leads to a loggia, and the three bedrooms open on this loggia. Two of them have a double bed, as well as a bathroom which can be entered from both bedrooms. The third one has two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom. Two of the three bathrooms have a bath tub, the third one has a shower.

The villa has an outdoor parking space for one car.

You will be able to reach Villa Franca along a narrow alley, long approximately 1.5 km (1 mile). Only small cars will be able to go through this alley. The closest village, Schiazzano, can be reached walking along a path in only 1 km (half a mile). In Schiazzano you will find shops and restaurants, as well as the bus stop.
Staying at Villa Franca you will be able to enjoy a quiet vacation in the peace and the green of the splendid hills of the Sorrentine Peninsula. At the same time, you will be close to Sorrento, which is only 7 km (4.5 miles) from the villa, and to its tourist spots. You will be easily able to take day trips to Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Pompeii, Naples, Paestum, Caserta and its Royal Palace.
