Il Poggio is a large villa, built in stone, with a view on the sea of the
Gulf of Naples and on the surrounding countryside. It lies between Sorrento (8
km, approximately 5 miles) and Positano (22 km, approximately 14 miles), in an
area which is famous for the spectacular view of the island of Capri rising from
the sea. The property is placed on the side of a gently sloping hill, about 1.5
km (approximately a mile) from the sea, in a residential area filled with green
olive trees where you will find just a few other villas hidden among the trees.

Villa Il Poggio has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a large
living room and a kitchen. All the rooms have air conditioning. It sleeps ten
people.

Guests of Villa Il Poggio will be able to use the large and equipped external
spaces, which are furnished with garden furniture. The garden, green and full of flowers, is very well-kept.

From the living room you can enter the garden through several glass doors..
Centuries-old olive trees provide shade. The villa has a large equipped outdoor
area, covered by a porch, where you will be able to dine (from the kitchen you
can enter the outdoor dining area). Two tables and wooden benches are provided,
as well as equipment to cook outdoor. Also, a brick oven where you will be able
to cook pizza is available.

The property is about 3 km (approximately 1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense,
less than 1 km (half a mile) from grocery shops and about 1.5 km (1 mile) from
the beach.

and at the same time be able to easily reach world-famous spots such as
Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Pompeii and Naples than you will find that
