LUXURIOUS AND AFFORDABLE describes this 2nd floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront condo at the popular Kihei Surfside resort, just a few palm trees from Wailea. ;) Enjoy the Hawaiian culture displayed throughout the condo from the bamboo ladder at the entry hall, the Hawaiian Hula Dancer photos exhibited in beautiful koa frames, as well as a custom-made Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Paddle displayed on the wall. Today's modern influences have been carefully combined with traditional details of ocean wildlife and tropical florals on display.
ENJOY A GREAT NIGHT'S REST IN THE KING BED in the tastefully decorated master bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan and plantation shutters for your comfort and privacy. The owners have thoughtfully provided a TV here too! There is a full ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. There is a half-bath in the entrance hallway on the way to the open living area and the gorgeous ocean view.
THE NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHEN IS A DREAM with gorgeous granite countertops and a spacious island for preparing and entertaining. You'll find a microwave and smooth-top electric range with conventional oven plus the convenience of a full-size dishwasher.There is dinnerware for 6, a coffee maker, blender and hand mixer; just about everything needed while you are away from home. There is a wonderful glass dining table with the fantastic ocean view out the window, plus a cute wicker bistro set on the lanai for your dining pleasure.
THERE ARE SPECIAL AMENITIES throughout the living area, including a flat-panel TV with FREE cable TV service plus a DVD player. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2012 We were so happy with our place, the owners have thought of every detail imaginable.From beach chairs to take out coffee mugs etc. We would definitely come back, our only regret is being out of the unit so much because we wanted to see and do a lot while in Hawaii. Renting was a breeze and the rental agency was very accomodating as well. The location was perfect for getting around the island as well, we hit absolutely every side of Maui that had a road. A must do if looking for a great place. Oh and look in the guest journal, I found a great massage therapist who will come to you, I left her number. Thank you for making your place available for us. We love the view, the grounds and the proximity to the town. The unit is very nicely furnished and comfortable. The only complaint is that we couldn't get the wireless internet to work and the kitchen could use a decent set of knives to cut up all of those pineapples! |
