ok place, comfortable. Bit overprized, small. max 2 persons. A guest from Kudelstaart, NH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in September, 2011 first we had room no 3. after diner we came back in a flooded room.Living and bathroom were flooded. Doorhandles were loose and the water had a bad smell. We couldn't call anybody at night. Next day we insisted to get another room. We could choose.Further, the stay was ok. Many amenities. For 4 nights, we found $470 very overprized as we got no refund for the horrible first night.The watersmell was fixed by itslef, we saw trucks everywhere in the streets to solve this. |

Very clean, quiet condo Victoria D. from Gonzales, LA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2011 The only down fall of our stay was that one of the condo owners felt that they owned the whole property and seemed upset that we had children with us. It appeared that they had a dislike for anyone with children. I would hate for the property to be turned into adults only because we have been staying at this property since my almost 16 year old was 9 months old. We love the convenience to the beach and we feel safe in the area. |

good little place A guest from Niagara Falls, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2011 the location was great; the units are not large but will suit 2-4 comfortably. our particular unit was pretty bare bones, so we had to purchase everything including soap, toilet paper; if you want to cook, you have to bring spices, condiments etc. the cost of renting was very reasonable, and we would definitely stay there again. if you want a simple, inexpensive getaway, this is a good deal. |

Stayed for 21 days in February, 2011 I would give this place a 4 star rating; close to the beach; heated pool; attractively kept on the outside; also very friendly guests who come every winter make it family-like.Also nice to have 7-11 across the driveway.2 slight negatives: the sheets for the beds and the noise from the traffic. |
