For bookings 7-13 days 5% discount apply
For booking 14 or more days 10% discount apply

Payment: We accept payment by bank transfer into our Norwegian or UK accounts or via www.paypal.com (4% extra for this method to cover fees). We will issue an invoice if required. Payment should reach us no later than 15 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit: NOK 1000
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival.

Extras:
We provide one set of bed linen and towels per person per stay and final cleaning in the rental. Free baby cot or high chair if required. Free broadband wireless internet access.

Parking:
Parking is restricted to residents only, but daily parking permits can be purchased from Stavanger Parking.

Use of property:
No part of the property shall be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed numbers of persons are to be accommodated at the property.
