This charming house from approx. 1890 has been recently modernised.
The house consists of two floors + basement and garden. On the ground floor you will find the living - and dining rooms, as well as the kitchen and a single bedroom. There is also access to the bathroom from the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and microwave. There is a sofa and coffee table in the living room, as well as a sofabed (sleeps 1-2 adults if required). Dining area has a dining room table and chairs.
Bedrooms - second floor:
3 twin/double bedrooms.
Sleeps up to 7 people in the bedrooms. Two additional sleeping places are available on the sofabed in the living room.

No part of the property shall be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed numbers of persons are to be accommodated at the property.
