It is situated in a quiet street only 200 metres from the harbour and ferry terminal were you can take a boat trip to exciting and beautiful places in Ryfylke. It is possible to park your car in the area outside the house, but a parking permit is required.
The house is fully modernised with new paint and wooden floors throughout the entire house. The house is of a very good standard in each room; and is decorated in a fresh, bright and modern style. The total size is 100 m² (1 sq m approx. = 10 sq ft).

First Floor

Newly modernised in November 2008! Fully tiled with floor-heating.
Bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and one small single bedroom (you must go through one of the large bedrooms to get to this room).
Sleeping Alcove for 2 person (third floor)
A small staircase from the double bedroom leads up to a sleeping alcove with 2 mattresses.

Payment: We accept payment by bank transfer into our Norwegian or UK accounts or via paypal (4% extra for this method to cover fees). We will issue an invoice if required. Payment should reach us no later than 15 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: NOK 1000
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival.
Extras:
We provide one set of bed linen and towels per person per stay and final cleaning in the rental. Free baby cot or high chair if required. Free broadband wireless internet access.
Parking:
Parking is restricted to residents only, but daily parking permits can be purchased from Stavanger Parking.
Use of property:
No part of the property shall be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed numbers of persons are to be accommodated at the property.
