The area is very peaceful with lots of wildlife including raccoons, cranes and armadillos. The is also a lake. The landscaping is well kept and there is a play area for toddlers and some very pleasant seating if you need arest as you take a stroll!



The home has a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living and dining area's. The bedrooms benefit from 2 rooms with king size beds and two rooms with twin beds. A 'bonus' room is set up as a den with TV and X-box installed. There is also a sofa bed located in this room.



The fully screened pool and deck is not overlooked. The pool has electric pool heating available at additional cost.
