Our spacious 4 bed 2 bath two storey open plan home is in a prime location on the golfing sub division of Highlands Reserve. We have an extended pool deck with a large covered lanai - a must for the hot Florida days!


Inside the house you will not be disappointed with the extremely spacious living accomodation . As you come through the front door into the entrance hall you enter the home via a covered porch and large foyer. The ground floor is tiled throughout for that real vacation feel.


At the front of the house the fully equipped kitchen has large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher - all the amenities that make 'eating in' a pleasure not a chore! The cupboards are fully stocked with flatware, glassware, crockery and pots and pans as well as dishes etc suitable for use on the deck. The kitchen also contains a small dining table and four chairs for those informal breakfasts or coffee stops!


The kitchen overlooks the formal dining area. Here you have a large dining table and 6 chairs. From the dining room you can look out onto the pool area from the large patio doors. The adjoining living room benefits from 2 large and very comfortable sofa's- ideal to relax in after a hard day at the Parks as you watch your large flat screen TV! The living room also has a feature fireplace and large windows making the living area extremely bright.


The large master bedroom is located on the ground floor and entered by double doors. It has a walk in closet and huge bathroom with two wash basins with walk in shower that is disabled friendly. The room has a king size bed, dresser, night stands and flat screen TV.


Off the entry foyer are the stairs that lead to the other 3 bedrooms. The first has a Queen sized bed, night stands and dresser that houses a flat screen TV. The room also has a large closet. The further two bedrooms each house two twin beds, with their own flat screen TV's. They are also fully furnished with nightstands and dressers. The family bathroom has bath tub with shower over, wash basins and WC.



The home has full cable TV service and internet access. The garage has been converted to a games room and features a pool table and dart board.
