The villa is fully equipped, beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has its own screened south facing swimming pool, which overlooks the conservation area to the rear. Our home is in a really peaceful surrounding, yet the buzz of Disney is only 8 miles away



All Towels and Bed Linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a utility room with washer, and dryer, ironing board and iron.



There is a broadband internet access point and digital TV’s in all bedrooms, a Nintendo games system, games and a selection of DVD’s are available.



Our villa is situated on the quiet residential development of Clear Creek, yet only 20 minutes to Disney World. Just off the US 192 and US 27. At the entrance to the development there are a selection of shops . The beaches on the Atlantic Coast along with Kennedy space centre are approximately an hours drive away. Nearby are several good Golf Courses.
