Clermont 4 br Vacation Rental Villa

Our Executive 4 bedroom Florida Villa is located in the tranquil setting of Clear Creek, just off Highway 27 near to Highway 192. This is where you will find numerous restaurants and entertainment areas.



The villa was the show home for the development and is tastefully decorated with all appliance upgrades you would expect. It comes with a larger than average swimming pool and hot spa. The pool benefits from solar heating and so we are able to offer pool heat at a reduced price!



The pool area is complemented by a large outdoor table with ample chairs and lounge seats for all guests. This is all covered by a screen and lanai which allows for those suns rays but keeps out unwanted bugs. The pool area backs onto a conversation area and with fencing either side you are ensured of that little extra privacy during those relaxation hours.



The accommodation consists of a quiet lounge for reading and a formal dining area at the front of the villa. Leading from there is the family area where the television, VHS player and DVD player are situated. The home has wi fi provided. Adjacent to the lounge is the large dining area which is open plan to the well appointed kitchen. Here you will find cooker, Dryer, Microwave, dishwasher and huge fridge with freezer and ice maker. A filter coffee maker, toaster, crockery and utensils are also provided.



The master bedroom, that has a huge 7 feet wide bed, is en-suite with both shower and bath. There is a large walk in wardrobe and a door leading onto the pool area. A TV is provided for your convenience.



Bedroom 2 is also en-suite with a double bed and tastefully decorated.



Bedroom 3 is a double bed and bedroom 4 has twin beds. All bedrooms have radio alarm clocks.



The double garage houses the large washer and tumble drier together with the ironing board and iron. A luxury pool table and air hockey game are also provided for your use.



All linen and towels are provided.



There is parking for two vehicles and off street parking is available at the front of the villa.



Pool heating is not normally required during the summer months, but if needed a separate charge is made for this facility.



The villa is non smoking and no pets are allowed.



Excellent shopping facilities are provided nearby by the 24 hour Walmart. These are supplemented by local shops such as a Post Office, Opticians and Pizza delivery.



Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
