An Amazing Stay Ruby P. from New Fairfield, CT recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in December, 2015 Our entire family of 6 stayed for 6 nights comfortably and cozily in this 2-bedroom condo with a pull out couch in the loft. The kitchen was well appointed, the bathrooms were clean, even a laundry area washer and dryer with iron and ironing board! Fun family nights in front of the fireplace, too. Lots of parking space aside from the one covered parking space assigned to unit. A short walk through a bike and walk trail to Trader Joe's and a quick car's ride from Safeway, Walgreen's, lots of restaurants, and shopping. Condo compound was very safe and quiet, across the street from upscale housing. A farmer's market on Saturday morning in Rillito Park next door. Easy check in and check out. If we ever find ourselves in Tucson, would rent with Spectrum again in a heartbeat.
Great Location, plenty of room Joan P. from Chapel Hill, NC recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in April, 2015 My sister and I spent a week in Tucson. This condo was perfect because the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and baths gave each of us our own space. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom downstairs didn't have a rug or any hand-towels, but there are spare linens so I could make do.The location was perfect, close to all the places we needed to go. We walked down to a great Farmers Market at the racetrack on Sunday morning. There was no check-in info sheet in the condo. I called the rental agency to get the wi-fi code and the agent was quite rude and curt, insinuating the info sheet was there. Didn't offer to get one to us.I had been told earlier by the rental agency that they had an office on the premises if there was any problem. I went looking for it, but couldn't find it. The condo management office said there was no office for Spectrum Realty on the premises. The condo is great. The rental agency could use some customer service training.
Great spot for a short retreat A guest from Tucson, AZ recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in December, 2014 We really enjoyed the condo. The unit was in great shape and spacious for two couples. The location was also wonderful--right on the River walking/biking path and a quick walk from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, etc. Would definitely stay again!
Good Price in a Central Location Denise S. from Marana, AZ recommends this property.
Stayed for 30 days in October, 2014 Stayed here for a month in Oct/Nov while transitioning between the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. PROS: Good price for the location. Close to everything (grocery, post office, restaurants, mall, Starbucks, etc). Good Farmers Market at the Rillito racetrack behind the condos on the weekend and other events, right next to the pool/jacuzzi (pool not heated). Lots of linens, pans, kitchen items. New refrigerator b/c the other was broken when we arrived. Big washer/dryer. Pets allowed. 2 sofa beds + regular beds. 1 covered pkg space and plenty of uncovered, a short walk from the condo. CONS: Condo is older/dated and not in the greatest shape as a previous reviewer noted. No patio..2 balconies with 1 folding chair are both upstairs. If you have a pet, you will have to walk them often. Fireplace but no tools (unless they were stored somewhere since it was warm during our stay).
Good location + value, not the most updated place Ryan H. from Fayettevill, NC does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 33 days in August, 2014 Pros: proximate to the UoA, Catalina Foothills, and lots of great restaurants and shops. The Rillito Racetrack is adjacent to the complex, which is cool. There was a lot of action between youth soccer games and the farmer's market. The summer rate is affordable, and the condo itself is comfortable in a 1990's way...lots of linens, pot/pans. The check-in/out procedures were very easy.Cons: Didn't appear that there was a thorough inspection of the property prior to move-in. There was black fluid on the fridge shelf, and the WiFi didn't function properly. I called Comcast as the property info sheet directed, but they were unable to do much since I wasn't the account holder (even though I was calling from the land-line as the instructions stated). After spending 20 minutes on the phone to find out they would have to dispatch a technician to replace the outdated modem, I gave up and bought a CAT-5 cable. This was a hassle and a 30 dollar out-of-pocket expense. Also, on three occasions, the neighbors/guests parked in my designated spot.
