So much to see from the deck; sunrise, critters, birds, mountains... And the location in Tucson superb with great restaurants and shopping walking distance. Pools and exercise facilities great. Will definitely return. |

This property needs attention Jane L. from Sandusky, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 31 days in March, 2011 The property manager was GREAT. The property needs attention. It hasn't had good maintainance for a long time and it shows. Sheets/towels/bedding shoddy and OLD. Wall hanging dated. Dryer filter broken. very noisy If I owned this, I"d go stay there a week and make a list of what to do to update and clean this place up. We won't be returning, esp for the money asked for a what we considered a below average unit. Owner: call me and I'll tell you what needs done if you want to know... |

Our vacation A guest from Menasha, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2011 Location, location, location!! Gorgeous! The views were beautiful.Our problem was with the amount of noise from the upstairs rentors. At the end of January, the men upstairs yelled and slammed doors when coming in late.During February, the elderly couple upstairs thumped around when they walked, slammed doors and drawers at all hours of the day and night, and ran their dishwasher and clothes washer after 10:00 pm. These things really demolished many of our nights of sleep. We could hear them get up and use the bathroom during the night. We didn't expect to be able to hear upstairs rentors as much as we did.The cars and people coming and going during the night were loud too. |

Location, Location, Location A guest from Menasha, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in January, 2011 Location and views! Wow! We enjoyed our stay very much. The problem we had was that the renters above us, both at the end of January and all of February were easily heard in our unit. The Jan. renters yelled and stomped around. The Feb. renters were older and walked heavily, the floor squeaked, ran their dishwasher and washing machine after 10pm (which was very loud for us trying to sleep), walked heavily during the night, flushed the toilet during the night, etc. The first night they were there, they unpacked loudly and late at night.People exiting and entering their cars late at night and very early in the morning were not thoughtful of neighbors who might be trying to sleep.The towels were thick and fluffy. Small items: The vacuum cleaner needs a new filter. The kitchen could use a rubber spatula.Jeanine was very helpful answering our many questions before we arrived!! Thank you! |
