lonely A guest from Haskell, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in July, 2012 We checked in and there was no one in the development. Only 2 other cars. It felt very lonely. I had no clue we had to walk to the beach I thought it was ocean front with private beach. I was scared at night knowing that we were only 1 of very 3 cars in the condominium. Although the place and rooms are beautiful and the pool is lit at night the fact that there was no one there changed the mood of the vacation. |

Better than we anticipated! Jill R. from Berkeley Lake, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2012 Marco is very expensive. This was the least expensive rental available at the time. My expectations were low, because the rental was very reasonably priced. The condo was clean, the bed was comfy, the big screened porch looked over the pool, the beach access (opened by key) was right across the street, and the small kitchen was the perfect size for 3 of us. My only wish is that the bed was a king instead of a queen. |

Very expensive amd NOT Ocean Front/Ocean View A guest from Roanoke, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2011 I booked the different unit with ocean view (at least as advertised on-line). I was given a different room- asphalt view!Supplies for kitchen and bathroom in the unit were very limited- not enough even for my 2 days stay. DO NOT STAY THERE! Property Manager Response: Response from Beach Club Vacation Rentals Dear Wlodzimierz, We are very sorry you were disappointed with your vacation rental unit. Some times when a guest books through a discount booking agent, we have no control over what preconcieved ideas our guests may have prior to arrival. All sites that do book the Beach Club of Marco supply you with our direct phone line so you can call and ask any questions you may have prior to your arrival. These are Vacation Rentals and not a hotel so they are described as "self catering" which means we supply you with your first nights supply of toilet paper, soap, papertowels, dishsoap, etc. as a courtesy, so you do not have to shop your first night of arrival. Self-Catering means that you are responsible for your own supply after the first night. Also, we do not advertise as beach front, just that we are the only property off the beach with our own private, gated access for this building only. Some units do have a beautiful beach view, and these units usually book very quickly. Unit 207 does overlook the small parking lot, but it also has a lovely view of the flora and fauna lining the boulevard and our grounds. As far as the cost is concerned, if this was your first trip to Marco Island, you may have experienced a bit of sticker shock, however, the Beach Club of Marco is actually the best value on the Island, especially when compared to the Marriott or Hilton at about $450 per night instead of $195. I hope you will come back again and let our on-staff hand select the perfect unit for your vacation. |

Our stay in Beach Club of Marco Irka D. from miami, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2011 The property is very nice and clean. I only have a suggestion and it's about the room. The pillows are no confortable and it is necessary to clean the air conditioner because temperature wasn't so cold. We are happy for the stay at Baech club of Marco. Thanks a lot |
