Best place to get away from city hustle and bustle. A guest from Laurel, MD recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 DVD Player and CD player did not work. TV and sofa needs to be upgraded. Otherwise place ws clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. It's nice to get away from city hustle and bustle.I would give over all 3 rating for this place. |

A Nice House Courtney B. from Arlington, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Overall it was a nice house in a nice location. The home is older and it shows - cracks in the walls (from the house settling probably) and the appliances are old, but all worked well and with no problems. The temperature in the house fluctuated greatly however - some rooms were freezing, others were too warm. The setup of the main floor is nice when you have a big group (there was 10 of us). The hot tub is great though it cooled quickly when we used it (it was in the 30s outside so this likely contributed). Overall we were pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay. |

Maintenance A guest from Mechanicsville, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2011 The toilet in the master bedroom needed to be overhauled as it ran constantly. The garage door would not open as it was frozen to the ground from melting snow. The gas grill was out of propane. The outdoor jacuzzi left a bad odor on the swimsuits. All of these items should be fixed with a simple walk thru before renters arrive at the house. |
