F10 is a 1,118 square foot two-bedroom condo located in our ten condo complex at the Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. The unique set up offers a variety of views from this vacation rental complex.
From the dining room windows, you see the magnificent Longs Peak. With an open floor plan, views are enjoyed from kitchen and living room, too.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The views overlook the hillside.You can relax in the two person jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a panoramicl view. The second bathroom is a 3/4 bath.
Keep your eyes opened and cameras ready! Elk, fox, marmot, bobcat, hummingbirds and bears have all been seen on the slopping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.
F10 has an airconditioner in the living room. Your bedrooms and living room also have ceiling fans.
Your fully stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals. There are full size appliances and cookware,dinnerware, glassware, flatware and more.
When sitting on the balcony, you canl enjoy a bar b que, cocktails, or simply the beauty that surrounds you. It is a great choice for two couples or a family entertaining.

The one drawback is there is no personnel in the office at night. This year there was a wedding party staying below us and they were partying late into the night. We did not feel like confronting them as they were drinking heavy. Could not locate property # late night number and not sure what solution that would have have provided. If called law enforcement that could have caused problems for us. |

It has all the amenities you need with a fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining area, steel appliances including washer/dryer. There is a small balcony where you can have a drink gazing at the mountains in the distance. The property is in a great location - very quiet, surrounded by nature, but within a 2 - 3 minute drive to the center of town. All in all, a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend Black Canyon Inn and especially unit F10. |

Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 BCI is in a great location close to town and the local Safeway, gas station, shops, restaurants, etc. Everything was as described, however we did have to buy coffee filters and laundry detergent. The pool is tiny, but we didn't swim much anyhow - too much else to do! Otherwise, great place to stay if you're wanting to be close to all the RMNP has to offer. Very comfortable! |

The lodging was beautiful - F7 had a breathtaking view of Mt. Lumpy behind us, clean and up-to-date appliances and fixtures, intriguing and whimsical extras (such as board games, books, etc), as well as a huge floor plan. The bathroom jacuzzi tub was huge! The location was perfectly tucked away to inspire a sense of detachment from the modern world, yet downtown Estes was a simple two minute drive. The lawn area was expertly manicured, intermingling those natural elements of the mountain landscape with bits of the old-world accessible garden: The pond space was inhabited by a male goose tending to five eggs and created a very pastoral landscape with its idyllic wooden bridge and soft water features. Our wedding was just as I hoped, with helpful planning and easy set-up. We did luck out, the very next day it was raining, and on our day out, it was actually snowing: We were granted a temp of something in the 70s, with sun and enough wind to enliven my veil. Overall, the accommodations were stunning. I would highly recommend this rental (F7) - and the Black Canyon Inn for your wedding event. |
