Vacation Condo Rental Description:
F4 is a 1,432 square foot three-bedroom condo located in our ten condo complex at the Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. Guests will enjoy the open floor plan upstairs which allows a great entertainment space.
From the triple arched windows over the staircase, you see the magnificent Long?s Peak. This is only one of 54 ?fourteeners? in Colorado. ( A ?fourteener? is a mountain peak that reaches 14,000 feet or more.)
F4 has easy access for those who may be in need of a large condo. With parking next the lower door entrance, guests are just steps from the door entry. Or, drop off your guests at the upper entrance, if you prefer only a few steps up to the deck.
F4 has a southern exposure and is one of the units with air conditioning. Enjoy the beautiful view from the deck. Whether sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a cocktail, this vacation condo is the right choice for larger groups.
Keep your eyes opened and cameras ready! Elk, fox, marmot, bobcat, hummingbirds and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.
As evening winds down, you may find yourself in front of the stone gas fireplace.
Your fully stocked kitchen is spacious and affords ample supplies to prepare your vacation meals. There are full size appliances and cookware,dinnerware, glassware and flatware
The kitchen has several cabinets and a storage pantry. Downstairs you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 we rented the condo F04 at Black Canyon Inn as my daugther's wedding was at the pavilon there. Staff was great at helping with the reservations and thru out the wedding and our stay. I can not thank them enough for all their assistance and making our stay so pleasant. The reception was at the Twin Owls restaurant there on property and the food was excellent! The snow was the topping on the cake! We were able to arrange for a sleigh ride and a lot of hiking thru the snow. It was definitely a very memorable experience! We will definitely keep in mind for future trips to the Rockies. THANK YOU, Black Canyon Inn....you folks are the greatest! |

The condo was clean & the location excellent for our event. My suggestions for the owner / management to highly improve this particular condo housing 10 people would be this. 1. More hangers & hooks in closets2. The sofa sleeper mattress was horrible. It really needs a newer mattress or offer a 4" memory foam topper (COSCO) for that bed. Also needed were some additional sheets, blankets or a nice comforter for the sofa bed. 3. Could use one or two comfy chairs in LR area. One ok chair w/ lots of hard wood dining room chairs & stools.4. Kitchen a good wine opener. |

Our particular condo was not equipped as well as the others used by our party, however. We had to borrow items from others for cooking. Also, while the people who came daily to collect trash and towels were very nice, they did not leave enough trash bags (at checkout time we could not empty the fridge due to lack of bags). There was also not enough bath soap. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. |

Stayed for 2 days in November, 2010 The property is absolutely beautiful in a mountain pine tree setting. Great facility in a very modern building. Here is a list of drawbacks: Heat was very hard to regulate. With such a large crowd, I think the thermostat could not do it's job properly - TOO HOT! The kitchen was not adequately supplied for a 3 bedroom. Things like serving bowls were non existant, drinking glasses were scarce, silverware was understocked as well. Not enough towels for 10 showers the next morning. Videos that were advertised were not available in the office because of "no room" for them since a recent office move. Our family together time was so precious for us it was easy to overlook these deficiencies. Overall = GREAT THANKSGIVING 2 nite stay. |
