Thumbs DOWN for cleanliness, condition, and dodgy lifts A guest from Brussels, Brussels does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 The lifts kept breaking down and we once had to wait over half an hour. The kitchen in the apartment was not adequately equipped. The floors weren't clean when we arrived. Was impossible to find change to use the laundry machines. Valet service a waste of time. |

However, there is one thing you will have to change, it's the windows. During the storm, there was water coming in the house. I had to spong it the whole night. But otherwise, it's was pretty fun ! Property Manager Response: Response from MiaVac Thank you for your feedbacks. The building ha started changing all the windows, to put hurricane proof windows instead. The project will be completed by June 2013! |

Stayed for 6 days in February, 2012 The apartment was in much need of repairs. -The bathroom paint was peeling into the shower.-The windows were old,cracked, unsafe and couldn't open properly.-The kitchen cabinets were literally falling off their hinges.-The kitchen counter was sagging and loose.-Their was no room to eat a meal at a table or counter.-The remote to the t.v. was missing the cover and had no batteries.-Many lightbulbs were burned out and not replaced.-The apartment smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though there is a no smoking policy.-The refrigerator compartment doors were missing.-The refrigerator was not cold enough and it leaked water.-Both dressers had broken drawers that did not close properly.-The closet door hinges were in need of repair.-The sheets were stained.-No oven and only 2 electric burners.-No garbage disposal.-The ceiling fan did not work and a screw fell out of it. |
