A horrible experience, not a healthy place, not customer service A guest from Miami, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 10 days in January, 2013 The paint in the bathroom was falling, it was rusty , with fungus growing on top of the light base. This is very dangerous for a guest health since they breath that into our lugs. The floor was extremely dusty, the elevators were in bad condition. The control of the TV didn't work, had to get up all the time. We couldn't cook because the stove was old , rusty and didn't heat enough. We stayed 10 days, two soaps, no cleaning, no changing the towels. The hair drier was not working. The Valet parking is horrible, they hit my car and pretend that nothing happen. I will never go back there again. It was a horrible experience. Too Expensive for the type of service and unit, I felt I was in a third world country motel. The pictures showned in the website do not match the reality of the unit. |

Disgusting A guest from trenton, NJ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2011 received folded dirty towels which consisted of 1 wash cloth 2 face towels and two bath towels ( this was to accommodate two guests for a week), noticable body fluid stains on the comforter each bed had only two pillows covered with stained pillow shams, when I took the stained pillow sham off there were no pillow cases beneath, I asked that the soiled bedding be washed and brought back, they came and took them and never brought them back for the entire week. I had to personally wash the also soiled extra blankets to have something to cover with. Only two of the four elevators worked for the entire week with the exception of one day where only one worked. the laundry rooms were filthy with roaches crawling around. the bathtub was filthy with a black liquid streaming down from the old metal frame around the shower doors. the air-conditioning worked however because it made an unbearably loud noise I had to turn off so I could sleep(uncomfortable). TV remote did not work another one was brought up that one did not work either, had to go old school and get up to change the channel manually every time I needed to. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. On the bright side the front desk personnel were very friendly and so were the employees/owners of the shops on the property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2011 hiii... we went to Patagonia appartments...we didn't know how would result the experience... and in each point it wast the best it an be!!! the location is amazing... next to the beach and the view incredible too!!! it's much much better that you can see in the pictures.... the building was very secured....and the owner was very nice and helpful... it waas all clean and we found a lot of confort things that we didn't think about!!!! really,,, an AMAZING EXPERIENCE... OUR LITTLE HOME IN MIAMI BEACH... 10 POINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
