LCD flat screen televisions in the property with internet access.The home was completed in 2006 and has a granite and stainless steel kitchen with wonderful kitchen appointments. The property is filled with original art and comfortable furnishings, high quality linens, radiant heat and refrigerated air conditioning. The location is a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza, galleries, museums and the best dining in the world. There is off street parking in an underground lot with elevator to the property.

How to Make it Perfect Wilfred A. from Wiscasset, ME recommends this property. Stayed for 13 days in April, 2012 This was indeed a Five Star rental. But it's always the little things that make a difference. In particular we found the "fit up" of the kitchen very enjoyable. All the utensils and small appliances were present and excellent so when we put on a dinner party it was as easy as if were at home in Maine. The furnishings were comfortable and complete. It was very nice to hang out there when we weren't taking a quick walk to the plaza. We've stayed in many casitas on previoius visits to Santa Fe but I would say this accomadation was the most enjoyable. Kokopelli Santa Fe a hit! Tracy M. from Trophy Club, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2012 Amazing property with all the amenities and within walking distance of the Plaza and all it had to offer. The only negative was the reception at Kokopelli. The young lady that offered our "first impression" was short and rude. She informed us no check in until 4:00 p.m. The lady that was in before us had just checked in and when we asked if there was an option, she advised us that it had to be prearranged. Totally not a problem but the message was almost offensive. It would have been great to say, "although you can't check in until 4:00 p.m., is this your first time, maybe I can recommend a great restaurant or guide you to the Plaza". We asked for directions to the plaza and she told us there was a map in our packet. I figured we had to wait until 4:00 to get directions and possibly customer service. HOWEVER, after that, our stay was awesome and if we return to Santa Fe we would stay here again. You always have the people factor and it's just something you can't control. I would like to apologize for the unacceptable manner of receptionist at the front desk on the day of your arrival. Stayed for 28 days in January, 2012 No problems with the quality of the property but arriving late at night after 24hrs travelling from the UK we picked up keys and directions from the agent Kokopelli -to the wrong property! Fortunately we were not arrested trying to break into the wrong building. No reply on 24 hour 'emergency' phone service so had to book into hotel. Kokopelli's response? -rebated one day's rental fee. Not impressed. |

The condo is nicely appointed and has everything you need to cook breakfast or walk a few blocks to a good restaurant. I was allergic to something in the fabric chairs and pillow but they seemed clean. Too many admin fees and a high cleaning fee and a long rental application, but we will recommend and stay again! |

Stayed for 62 days in July, 2011 Having stayed at El Corazon de Santa Fe previously , I can only reiterate that this property has everything going for it and its location within easy walking distance from the Plaza would be at the top of the list. The only caveat at the El Corazon Contemporary is that the master bedroom could use a king size, rather than a queen size bed. A plus, though, is having the second bedroom serve as a den complete with desk where one can retreat to for some quiet reading when another guest is watching TV. All in all, a lovely, light-filled unit. |
