Cook dinner in the 8 seat palapa with amazing outdoor kitchen featuring gas BBQ, grill, refrigerator, drink cooler, sink, trash, heaters, fan and Sony Internet TV.

FAB HOUSE! A guest from San Diego, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2013 We had a family trip in Palm Desert 4 yrs ago and stayed at individual condos and had a great time. But this time we wanted something a bit more private for all 14 of us to enjoy a private pool and surroundings. We loved this house it turned out to be a fabulous vacation retreat especially since we had family that came in from snowy Colorado! We would love to do this again next year, the only thing we might change if we could get the same style would be getting a house (through LUXE) with more rooms since our family are all adult couples, then everyone could have their own room (2 couple shared room & 2 people couch beds), but other than that the house was perfect,with the pool, pool table, large kitchen & great room & outdoor palapa, games and putting green! We had such a great time and will cherish the memories!We had a small issue with the pool when we 1st arrived and management sent the pool tech (who was awesome also) immediately and took care of it! :) But- the biggest problem we experienced was that it went by too quickly!! We will be back! |

The management company was very professional and attentive and easy to work with. Someone even stopped by after we arrived to make sure we were comfortable with the house and checked on the pool/spa temperature. The whole experience, from booking to check-out was fantastic! I rated everything a 5/5 except for the location (4/5); ideally the house would have been closer to Palm Springs, but also the gate/code system to get into the neighborhood was a little complicated and confusing for some of the people in our group. We entertained 18 people and it was a blast, loved the BBQ area! However, luxury means just that, and there were some disappointments. Windows are not clean, not enough towels for guests unless you like doing laundry, garage door openers don't work properly, needed property manager to fix several problems during our stay. Mattress's needed flipping a little uncomfortable. We would rent this property again but would hope these issues would get corrected. Great pool, spa, fireplaces, pool table and fun little putting green. AFfordable with a large group.We wasted a fair amount of time looking for extra linens for spare beds, but the manager came over quickly to provide them.Our group would have preferred more twin beds, not queens and king, but we ended up needing only the sofabed pullout in the guest house, which was rather lumpy but at least soft.We ran into trouble upon entering the house, triggering the alarm and having no idea where to find the alarm panel for shut-off!We also believe a late check-out option would be more satisfactory than being charged a half-day's rent to stay only an hour or two extra. Fabulous pool, jacuzzi, shaded patio and great bbq area. A lot of place for everyone and we enjoyed the pool table. Only thing missing was a few pots and pans but it was taken care on the next day with the very efficient and enjoyable Tammi. Thanks also to the owner's for answering our request. Wow! JIm B. from San Pedro, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2011 From the moment we arrived at the gates to this gated community the only words we could think of was...Wow! The property was bigger than we expected.We rented this with another couple. The house was very clean and spacious. we spent most of our time in the backyard playing in the pool with the kids,playing golf,and need to go inside when they have 2 outdoor Tv's (1 for the kids shows and 1 for the adults). Perfect! From the pool table inside to the master bathroom everything was top notch.The casita outside was a perfect 1 bedroom(house) for the kids to play games(PS3)in.We cant say enough about this property. We had a blast here and look forward to coming back. Also, any questions we had were answered promptly by the property manager. (thank you for the gift basket of wine and snacks)!Again A+! Highly recommended. |
