Outdoors: Relax on the lounge chairs around the private and heated custom salt-water pool & spa with the super soft water system, cascading rock waterfall, pool tanning shelf, lush and colorful landscaping of palm & citrus trees, aromatics and cool turf areas. The dramatic night lighting comes on automatically, and you can watch the dancing flames in the outdoor fireplace. Bedrooms: All have ceiling fans and TVs. Four bedrooms are luxury suites with private attached baths. The fifth bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. All bathrooms have upgraded slab granite counters and backsplash, and Kohler Cimarron comfort-height toilets.
The large and luxurious master suite has a super-plush king bed, HDTV with DVD, spacious walk-in closet, French door leads out to pool/spa. Large private bath has dual sink vanity, oversize custom tiled shower with raised bench & Lasco soaking tub with tile surround and steps.
The separate Mega-Casita is as highly upgraded as the main house, and features a large separate bedroom with a king bed, double-sided gas fireplace, TV and walk-in closet. Our 8 man group have made these trips for over 15 years (Pinehurst, Kiawah, Tucson, Palm Springs) and this was a great place to stay. Location to golf was perfect. Kitchen, pool and living room / dining room are excellent. The bed situation required some portable twin beds to accomodate us and they were not the best so that is the only negative to the experience. This could be easily remedied with some better twin beds and mattresses.Would recommend this to anyone! |

This does NOT sleep 20 Christin B. from Chicago, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 11 days in October, 2012 I was having a women's weekend and thought this slept 20 and it does not. Also the air mattress was busted and I spent $100 to purchase a new one. The living room couch was broken and can't fold out. We had to rent 3 hotel rooms because of this. When we called the management company (who is difficult to get a hold of) they didn't care about our issues. I would opt for a local hotel in the future. |

Good Value, but....Nickle and Dime you with their Rental Policies A guest from Redondo Beach, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2012 The place was great, but sneaking in a second dog fee (too small dogs) when every hotel on the planet would charge one cleaning fee? Also, the sneaky 11AM check out time they disclose after the fact (their excuse being the cleaning people can only come at 11am) to try and get you to pay another $200 for a late check out? Other than that, place was great. Just need to change their policies to be more reasonable. The location is marginal, a bit close to the less desireable section of Hwy 111, but if you are staying on the property you are fine. |

We have a really nice stay at the Montage. Breyon S. from San Francisco, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2011 We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean. The only things to note were that there weren't enough towels as some people didn't realize there was only one per person before they use two (it would have been nice to have a few extras). Also the hot tub was cool and hard to work. I also stubbed my toe on the brick blocks that are holding up the bed in the Casita. The pull out couch in the Casita is also pretty awful. It is concave and thus I don't think it is suitable for anyone to sleep on. Other than those few things, we had a really nice stay. Family reunion weekend at Montage Eros Y. from Huntington Beach, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2011 We really enjoyed our time at Montage. The property is immaculate and was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked. There was even high chairs, car seat, stroller and a pack and play for the little ones. The kids loved the pool and the foosball table and while the adults enjoyed hanging out in the outside area. It was a perfect weekend. And thanks so much for the thoughful welcome basket. |

The twin rollaway isn't comfortable enough as a bed and is falling apart (missing springs). I would have liked to have access to more towels and sheets as well. We requested that they be fixed but they never were. So we went the entire week without a fire and it was unusually cold for the area. The game tables were great! We had numerous problems which were not addressed by the property management company until after we had been there for approxima Susan L. from Carmichael, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2010 smell (as in something might be dead under it), the TV in the master bedroom never worked. Internet service was out from Wednesday afternoon until when we left on Saturday. Kitchen was poorly equipped and what was there had rust and was caked with "old food". All bedroom TV remotes didn't have batteries (those were brought to us on Wednesday--we checked in on Saturday). There was an ant infestation in the kitchen on the counters around the sink.
