Stayed for 5 days in March, 2016 We arrived late Friday evening and had arranged grocery delivery which was the best idea we ever had! Having everything for breakfast in the morning, allowed us to ski right away the next day then crash that evening without having to worry about food. The condo is nice and short walk across the street to the slopes. While the place was clean, the shams and throw pillows were dirty and should be replaced. The place could also use some more glassware for drinks. Only other issue was our unit faced the road outside so was noisy at night from cars and snow plows. Could also hear screaming kids from the people next door.

First time I have heard that people had problems with noise from road, but if one is a light guess anything is possible. Unfortunately not much I can do at this point about the noise from people staying next door. Should anyone have similar problems (other guests being noisy) in the future, there is a "security guard" on site whom gladly would approach and request guests staying on the property to be more respectful to others.

Stayed for 4 days in February, 2016 A couple of friends and I needed to get out of Philly for a couple of days and hit the slopes. This unit was perfect. I slept on the pull out couch in the living room and the other two had bedrooms. We had two baths which worked fine. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the Zephyr lift. We had breakfast every morning at the Cafe at the mountain base. You have everything you need in just a short walk from the unit. But if there happens to be something else you need, you can grab the shuttle or take the short drive into Winter Park for more great bars/restaurants. overall, we had a great stay and the unit, for our purposes, was perfect. No complaints.

Stayed for 4 days in January, 2016 This Condo at Fraser Crossing was an ideal location! We decided on a 2BR instead of making our two kids bunk on a fold-out couch in a 1BR as in years past. It was nice to put them to bed early and shut their door while we stayed up. The location of this Condo is nice, you can see some runs and lifts and a nice view of the base, you can also stand on the deck and talk to friends and family in the hot tub! The property was described accurately and was very clean and well-maintained. One piece of advice...bring your own pillows! All the pillows were horribly broke down and your head would lay on the mattress with big puffs on both sides of your head. I ended up putting a pillow slip on a throw pillow off the couch and it was much better!

Stayed for 3 days in September, 2015 While visiting my son who lives in Colorado Springs over Labor Day we decided to book a condo at Winter Park. The condo was very nice, clean, and fully stocked kitchen to cook meals and save some money if you would like. Balcony had a great view of village and the mountain. This unit would be great for skiing also (which I plan to come back for). It would be about 200 yards to the Zephyr Express lift. Highly recommend.

The tub in the master is HUGE! It's nicely decorated in modern colors and the furniture is nice and comfy. The view off the deck of the Village was great. But what sealed the deal was the patio a few floors down. Grill, hot tub, fire was nice to relax outside after we were done playing out side.

Stayed for 4 days in January, 2013 We had an amazing time in Winter Park. The condo was very nice and comfortable with loads of room to spread out. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The condo is REALLY far from the elevator, which makes for quite the hike. We have small kids so taking the much closer stairs not an option. Also, I bought a very pricey canned soda out of the machine on the same floor we stayed on and it was two years expired. Seriously? Who services these machines?Those two minor things aside I would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again soon.

Stayed for 5 days in April, 2012 Property was clean and spacious. It was nice having a washer and dryer in condo and other amentities. No complaints about the property. itself. Some have stated that the elevator (and ski lockers) are quite a distance from the condo and they are correct; however, we thought that the walk was a good way to stretch out after skiing AND the condo is next to the stairwell so you have easy access to the resort and parking at the bottom of the stairs. The views of the mountain and the village were nice. The Zehphyr is in front of the actual base where the lifts are, but the base at Winter Park is small so you're not missing much in my opinion. We usually like ski in ski out, but the walk was very short even with kids and I was told by a friend that stayed at Zephyr that the decor was not that up to date. Our decor seemed new and I'm told that all the condos have the same decor.

Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 Fraser Crossing Unit 3525 was very nice. Granite, Fireplace, Cable, Bedrooms were good sized, indoor heated parking, ski locker conveniently located to parking garage and ski hill. Walking to the Zephyr Chairlift was quick and easy, easy enough to walk to the condo for lunch. Hot Tub temperature should have been warmer... Charlotte at Winter Park Management was very helpful and accommodating for out last minute booking.

Stayed for 2 days in September, 2011 This was a great place to stay! Very clean, very nice, great location. I did have a problem with a key not working. I went out one night while my husband and child stayed at the condo. They went to sleep before I returned. Upon my return, my key would not open the door.There was not an easy way to get into the room when this occurred. Late at night this was very problematic, as the "front desk" was not very helpful (not the property managers, but the nearest and most available people.) Luckily, I was able to convince the front desk person to re-magnetize my key and let me into the condo. He acted very reluctant when doing this. I wish the condo front door did not lock automatically. This situation would not have occurred if my husband could have left the door unlocked when he went to sleep.Other than that, the condo was great.

Stayed for 4 days in March, 2011 This unit is at the end of the hall (so you hear little noise from other guests) and it overlooks the hot tub, which can be very conveniently accessed via the stairs outside your door. The locker on the ground floor is really nice and it is great to be able to leave your skis downstairs and not have to deal with them on the elevator. The parking garage is also a big plus. The unit itself is in great condition and has good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The in-room washer/dryer is also a bonus. The walk to the slopes is very short. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2010 whole "key thing" is a little wierd. For a property that is advertised as accomodating 6 people, it is hard to imagine only providing 2 keys. We got around that, but I think it was only because we were so adamant. Also, I think there should be better communication over, and more prompt return of, the $500 damage deposit that is paid. We have now been back from our vacation for two weeks, and have not heard or seen anything on the status of that deposit.But overall, the unit was as good as advertised, and you were responsive to our requests, and we really enjoyed our stay - we will definitely be back, and will advise our friends to do the same.Thanks,John Sorenson
