There are three pools which include a CASCADING WATERFALL, two tennis courts, palapa hut, hot tub, kiddie pool, and is just across the street from the "world's most beautiful beaches."This two bedroom townhouse unit is in the middle of the complex, allowing for easy access to the pools, tennis courts and the beautiful white sandy beach. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, and the master has sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony.The downstairs features kitchen, snack bar, dining area, living room, and another full bathroom with shower and also laundry room . The living room has sleeper sofa, TV, VCR/DVD, and the front door opening onto a patio with table and chairs.Parking is located at the front entrance to this unit, with additional parking across the street in front of the tennis courts. This unit is a no smoking, no pets allowed unit. Due to the family atmosphere at this complex we will rent to families and mature adults only.
