Vacation Condo Rental Description:
Located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach this two bedroom condo is a dream come true, of beautiful sunsets, crystal clear water and fabulous beach life!
The living area has a muted aquatic theme, boasting the colors of red, white, aqua and brown. With the access to the large balcony you will see the many sights that Panama City Beach is famous for; from the dolphins swimming along the shoreline to the sunsets that paint the sky with amber glows.
The fully furnished and well-equipped kitchen is waiting for you! It has everything you need for making a quick snack or a full course meal for entertaining friends and family. The dining area seats four with additional seats at the kitchen counter.
When you step into the master bedroom you will know that relaxation awaits you. This room is also decorated in a soft aquatic theme. Open the sliding door and let the sound of the waves melt away your stress. You have a king size bed, ample closet space, flat screen TV and a large connecting master bathroom.
The guest room has two queen size beds. You will love this bedroom. It has an aquatic feel as well, with a large dresser, ample closet space, and connects with the guest bathroom.
Long Beach Resort features 1300 feet of sugar sand beaches running into the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you are more of a pool person than you will enjoy the 6800 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, an expansive sundeck, two heated Polynesian pools, and three whirlpool spas. Grab a snack at "The Hang Out" poolside bar and grill. If you want to stay on dry land the Resort also has two lighted all-weather tennis courts.
If you want to plan a day from the beach then you have options here too. Do you like to shop? Then Pier Park is your destination with over 100 shops and restaurants located within a 1.2 million square foot open air mall. You can stroll through cute little local shops or spend the day with old faithfuls like Dillards, Target, and Old Navy. This will be your one stop shop that everyone in the family will enjoy.
Reservations are available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Check in starts at 4:00 pm.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty A guest from Nashville, TN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 A picture is worth a thousand words. Look for pictures posted by Empress30 on Trip Advisor. The condo was in need of a major overhaul. There was exposed pipes because of missing tiles over the bathtub in Master. The carpeting was filty!! The sofa is old and dilapidated as well as the bedroom furniture. The toaster and coffee maker were rusty. The microwave door and oven door were smeared and you could write with your finger in the smear. It appeared that several areas had been prepped for painting. I was told by Matt that they intended to paint the end of the month and that the paint that was missing in several areas did not make the condo unlivable. The condo shows well on the pictures. The balcony and the location were wonderful! |

air conditioning "a must" Jill B. from Hamilton, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 We did not have air conditioning for the first 4 days. After our first full day without air, we called the maint. # on the rental agreemt. They told us that we would be responsible for the $140 serv. call. The next day we called a different phone #. Cindy said they would get someone out there immed. Then late the next day (after 6 more calls..all with recordings) maintenance showed up & fixed a sensor on one of the doors that had fallen off. By now our salt shaker was a solid, cereal boxes, napkins, tissues were almost damp from the humidity. Not to mention how uncomfortable we were. It took WAY to long to fix a problem that we were not even aware of (sensors). I had contacted my credit card company to start a dispute on the 4th day of no air conditioning. We enjoyed the rest of our stay after this MAJOR issue. The views were amazing, love the location. Mattresses were incredibly hard. |
