Chair in living room was broke, toe strip for carpet was exposed going into kitchen. Friend cut his foot on the toe strip. Over all it was a nice condo. I let them know of the problems at check out.

The unit wasn't ready on time, floors had not been swept, the toaster still had buttered finger prints on it. The kitchen is scantly stocked with utensils. No WiFi Really???

There were a few downsides...there wasn't wi-fi for our cell phones in the room and we even had a difficult time using 3G. The reception just wasn't good in our condo. The elevator had a tendency to shut the doors even when people were entering or exiting the was somewhat unsettling. The elevator at the parking garage was also out of service for most of our stay so we had to use the stairs. I wish the check-in time would be sooner...4:00 is really late and with the check out time at 10:00 a.m. you feel like you're missing out on almost a whole day. Other than these downsides we had a great stay and an awesome vacation! We would stay here again!

There is a large water pipe that drains from a lake on the opposite side of the road into the gulf. The water from the lake is brown and the pipe is in view of the whole gulf view. When I arrived the pool was empty and was not notified from Best beach get aways of this set back.

We arrived at the office and asked if the condo was ready and they said they didn't have anything to do with the one we rented. We had to call Best Beach Properties. Called and found out the message about the condo was on our home phone. No problem, but when we got the card key out of the lock box, it would not work, so we had to call back again. They told us to go back down to the office and have them rekey the card. They acted like they did not want to do that even though I showed them my confirmation. They tried to call Best Beach office on the number that I was given and could not get anyone. They finally decided they would do it, so a little aggravated because we had to wait a long time for the elevator. Only 2 elevators for 23 floors of condos.

Was disappointed with the management @ BBC as I was having trouble getting the paperwork they requested as I could not print out their form. Never got a return phone call for 2 days so I did not know if we actually had a reservation when we started our drive two days prior to our arrival. All worked out when we reached Panama City Beach though. Condo and facility were nice and well equipped. Condo had pretty much everything you could think of (except a SHARP KNIFE to cut anything). All pots and pans, towels, kitchenware, etc. Even an electric grill on the balcony. All was in good repair. Beautiful view from the 12th floor. Roomy and comfortable. We will return to the Sterling Breeze.

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2010 Overall, we were very satisified with our stay at Sterling Breeze and the service we received from Best Beach Getaways. I have previously, sent a service review for this unit with several suggestions for future rentals. One thing that I would suggest, is for Best Beach Getaways to have a supply of small maintenance items, on hand, in their office, such as light bulbs, batteries for clocks, etc., rather than having to get approval and then arrange for a maintenance person to come over with the items. The Sterling Breeze is a very nice facility. We have booked unit # 2304 for next winter and are already looking forward to our stay. We did a walk through in #2304 before we left this year, and like all of the rooms that we visited at the Breeze, while we were there, it looked very nice. We did note that #2304 only had one small chair in the living room and expect that an additional chair will be added in the very near future. We also mentioned, while visiting Best Beach Getaways, that many of the pictures of the units, on their website, are inaccurate. In other words, the pictures on the website sometimes do not reflect what's actually in the units. For renters like ourselves, it's important to see what you're actually getting. All of the things that I mentioned in both of my responses are minor issues, but are merely suggestions to make everyones stay a little more enjoyable. Again, I would recommend the services of Best Beach Getaways and the rooms at Sterling Breeze.

Stayed for 28 days in February, 2010 Overall we were very satisified with our rental unit, and Sterling Breeze in general, and intend to return again next year. Some minor inconveniences that we experienced upon arrival were having to replace light bulbs and the battery in the main clock. I tightened up the handles on the patio doors which were a little loose and cleaned up a lot of paint spots on the tile floors. Again, these are all minor inconveniences and did not have a negative effect on our stay at all. There is a drawer in the master bath that is missing a drawer guide which allows the drawer to fall down when pulled out. Also the carpeting is a little loose in the entrance to the master bedroom and needs to be restretched and tightened up. If the unit has not been rented for a period of time I would recommend replacing the ice in the freezer before new people arrive so the water would taste better. It would be helpful for people that use the Internet to understand how the control panel, found in various rooms of the units, can be switched around to provide power to Internet outlets, in various rooms, depending on which one you may want to use. We know that the Breeze is a relatively new building and everything is nice when it's new. We hope that updates on things such as carpeting, furniture, paint etc. are made on a routine, or as needed basis, to maintain the "new" feeling when new renters arrive. The vacuum cleaner was filled with dirt when we arrived, but again, a minor issue.Again, overall, we were very satisified with our unit at Sterling Breeze and the people at Best Beach Getaways. We look forward to returning again next year.
