Namaste?s an Indian word for "inner peace" which is just what you can expect if you stay here. It?s a cool house in a cool neighborhood called Old Florida Village. It?s a new three-bedroom, three-bath house and it?s located on Santa Rosa Beach, is just off Scenic 30A, and a hop, skip and a jump from the best beaches you?ll find anywhere.
As I said, Namaste is located in Old Florida Village. This is a cool new neighborhood that?s got 67 colorful cottage-style homes with two community pools. Everything?s connected with brick streets and walkways. And, the tropical landscaping gives you the feel of a small village on the Emerald Coast. Old Florida Village is located just minutes from restaurants, shopping, golfing, biking and walking trails.
This quaint cottage is beautifully-decorated. It has 3 great bedrooms that give you that great ?I?m at the beach? feeling. The place sleeps 8 comfortably. Featureing an open-style kitchen/dining/family area makes for great entertaining and spending quality time together with family and friends. Ten-foot ceilings, stainless appliances and ceramic tile flooring give the ultimate feeling of spaciousness to this home. The living room?s got French doors that open on to a porch which overlooks a natural pond. Grab your coffee and enjoy the morning!
The MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, private bath, and private porch overlooking the pond.
The SECOND MASTER (upstairs) has a really nice queen bed, hall bathroom, and its own porch.
The THIRD BEDROOM is located on the first floor and has a daybed with trundle that can pull out to a king-sized bed or two twins. This bedroom also can be used as an office with a desk and free wireless access.
Upstairs in the bathroom off the hall, there is a washer and dryer.
White-sugar sand beaches, amazing sunsets, and pure relaxation are what you will enjoy on the Gulf Coast. Come and enjoy a little inner peace while you?re enjoying a great beach vacation.

Relaxed and Happy
Gwen C. from Lagrange, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2014 This is the second time we stayed at Namaste and we were content and happy. The rental group are helpful and caring. The property is clean and cozy.
Angela B. from Mt. Juliet, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2014 The house was very comfortable for the five of us staying there. Close to the beach. We drove the short distance with the 4 beach chairs provided which was nice. Great restaurants close by and a short drive to Seaside. We loved the beach atmosphere without the crazy traffic of big beach towns. We would stay again. The lake out back is beautiful to sit on the balcony and watch with a secluded feeling.
A guest from Milton, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2014 I have rented many years in the area and could have sworn the home was on the beach side of 30A from the description of how quickly you could walk to the beach but it wasn't. It was way too far away and I would never do it again - 10 or 15 min walk. Also, there was no internet or cable all week - management company kept saying they'll come tomorrow to fix and tomorrow never came. Very disappointing as our family enjoys watching sports and other things in the evening and my husband had to use his air card to do his work, so we incurred extra expenses, as well as our kids not being able to do what they wanted on their phones. Finally, the home had 3 great bedrooms and baths to accommodate the 7 we had comfortably, but the living room furniture only sat 3 on the couch and 2 other chairs, so the seating was very insufficient. The room is big enough to fit a big sectional, but all they had were some extra poofs that are very uncomfortable for extended sitting. Also, the kitchen table only had 4 seats and was very small and a larger table would have fit so a family of 7 could have sat together and enjoyed meals instead of 3 having to sit at the bar. A real miss. Other than that, the house was fine :)
A guest from Charlotte, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2013 Great location in Santa Rosa Beach but the living space should be larger or change furniture to accomodate at least 6 adults. The dinning table is too small. Offer a grill for guest and update your TV's. Overall the location made it a great trip.
A guest from Tulsa, OK recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2013 Our stay was great. The only concern we had was with the dining room chairs - they tipped over very easily and were unsafe for children. They should be replaced.
jason h. from martin, tennessee does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2013 This place had the nastiest dirty looked like they have not been mopped in weeks. Our master bedroom comforter was filthy so we took it off the bed. Then we grabbed extra blankets out of the closet and they were dirty. The funny thing is that they called us to let us know our room was ready 2 hours earlier than normal checking time.Gee thanks! How about keep the early checking and take two more hours to clean the place.
Property Manager Response: Response from Select Homes, LLC This home was cleaned and inspected prior to the guest's arrival. We ask our guests to let us know if there are any issues with housekeeping. Once the guest advised us of the issues they had, we addressed each of them including bringing them a new comforter.
Kelly f. from Bethlehem, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 My family has rented in the village for about 6 years and we love the village. However, this property lacked in amenities. There was no grill and since this is a favorite part of our vacation, we had to buy one and then leave it because we had no room to bring it home. I would have thought that the property owner or the company would have provided a grill. There were no pool bands, so we were harassed at the pool by one of the owners. The comforter on the downstairs bed was dirty and had dog hair on it. There was room for only 4 people at the table even though there are beds for six. I usually rent from vrbo and will continue to do so after this. The cottage has a beautiful view and We still LOVE the village, but it was clearly just a "rental" while other owners from whom we have rented strive to loan their guests a "home."
Matt D. from Marietta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 We had a blast, the house is awesome and our whole family loved it. Nice little backyard area for the kids too. It sits in a cute little neighborhood and the pools are great too. We would recommend it without reservation! This gave us some much needed family time and we were sad to leave.
Lisa D. from Griffin, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 We really enjoyed our stay at Namaste. The house was clean, well maintained, and nicely equipped. There were plenty of towels and washcloths which is hard to come by in some homes. The house was conveniently located to the gorgeous beach. The beach chairs were greatly appreciated!!!
Jerry B. from Zeeland, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2013 We were last minute renters as our previous place had a water problem the rental company worked very hard to get us another place.Old Florida Villages is a nice place to stay, from Namaste the beach was a 3/4 pleasant mile walk. We enjoyed our stay at Namaste, would have liked nicer weather, it rained often but I would recommend the home to others
