Let?s start by talking about the bedding arrangement: King, Queen, Twin Bunks, Queen Sleeper. That?s sleeping room for 8!
The first thing you?ll notice about this condo is the terrific views from the balcony. Outstanding! You?ll be spending lots of time here. Morning coffee. Afternoon pina coladas. Sunset wine coolers. Bring your binoculars so you can see the dolphins playing in the gulf.
The LIVING ROOM has plenty of room for the whole family. There?s a sofa that?s got a queen sleeper in it and a love seat that gives you plenty of room to relax. There?s a big TV with all the cable channels you?ll want or you can pop in your favorite DVD while you?re relaxing. And, there?s high speed internet if you want to do a little surfin? inside when you?re not surfin? outside.
The KITCHEN looks out over the water. It?s fully stocked so no matter whether you?re cooking your specialty or just fixing grill cheese sandwiches you?ve got everything you need to please the family. The Kitchen Bar makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a meal.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, and offers beach views so you never forget you?re at the beach.
And if you want to wash the sand out of your shorts, there?s a Washer/Dryer right there for you.
The MASTER SUITE is decked out with a KING SIZE BED. The décor as contemporary beach. It creates a place where you can relax with plenty of space to store your beachwear. Worst vacation ever Jennifer P. from Zeeland, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in March, 2013 This condo was horrible!! The front two bedrooms reeked so badly of vomit, we couldn't even use them. Drunk people everywhere, loud partying into the early morning hours. Had to call security almost every night. Had to call to have someone get the tvs to work. No patio furniture, hardly any kitchen utensils, only had 3 kitchen chairs....I could go on for days. This place was beyond Awful!!!!! Don't bring kids here. It is not kid friendly!!! Unless you are planning on being in a drunken haze, this is not the condo for you. I would never, ever rent from Best Beach Getaways again. They are dishonest and only care about renting their condos, not about your comfort or well being. AWFUL!!! |

A nice place to stay with exceptional ammenities. Tawnya S. from Rome, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2012 We had heard alot about roaches from the rating from a July renter and a lady at the Majestic stopped my son to tell him that there had been a bug found in the rental and they were going to spray on that Thursday. We saw one roach and no other bugs only after they sprayed. Also the outdoor furniture was dryrotted and the lounge chair had actually fell thru at the foot so no one could sit in it. Other than this the condo was really nice and we enjoyed staying here. |

ok A guest from Monroe, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2012 There was a hole in the wall behind the front door. White putty has been applied wall where someone clearly tried to patch it. There was also black grim on all the light switches and mold on the shower head. The carpet is very worn with several stains throughout the condo. The condo sleeps 8 and there were not even enough bath towels. There was also limited bedding for the pullout sofa (sheets but no comforter or heavy blanket). Also the sofa bed is in unsleepable condition. The people in our group who slept on the sofa bed had to place cushions on it to make it somewhat ok. |

Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 i was satisfied with the unit but was very un happy i read a post from a previes guess about issues on the unit like the carpet worn and seperated from the tile and the carpet strip showing and a possible haszard to step on and hurt someone i ask at time of booking if this was taken care of and they assured me it been fixed,and we found the door on the kids room would not open from inside of the room once the door is closed we had to call for maintance to please come fix it but they did not fix the carpet other than this it was fine |

Unresolved Issues! A guest from Chelsea, Alabama does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 Our telephone did not work, we did not have Wi-Fi, was told that it was $4.00 an hour or $10.00 a day. We knew there was a gym but found out it was $7.00 per person each day! Called BestBeach several times the only thing they did was to bring us an iron, after requesting one for 3 days! If we knew there was a hidden cost for Wi-Fi and the gym, we would have stayed somewhere else!!!!!!!! |

At the condo we didn't have but one remote that worked on one tv. The other two did not work. |
